US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Thank you for shopping at The Boujie Clozet! We’re excited to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for details on how we handle domestic orders.

PROCESSING TIME.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next day. During high volume periods (Holidays or Sales), processing time may be slightly longer. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

We offer a variety of domestic shipping options, including Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Express Shipping. Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-4 business days. Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 1-2 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. You’ll see your shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping (2-5 business days) for orders $150 and above! This offer is valid within The United States and Canada this is automatically applied at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment and get updates on its delivery status.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. The Boujie Clozet is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at TBCInquiresproton.me@proton.me. We’ll do our best to make any necessary changes before your order ships.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

The Boujie Clozet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please reach out to the carrier directly to resolve any issues with delivery. If you believe your package was lost in transit before being marked as “delivered,” please contact us at TBCInquiresproton.me@proton.me, and we’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive to ship orders on time, please note that shipping times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery estimate.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If you place multiple orders, they may be shipped separately depending on availability or order size. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help you with a return or exchange. Please carefully read the details below for how our return process works.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns for 15-30 days from the date of delivery. Items MUST BE unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached. Sale items or final sale items are not eligible for return. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

  1. Request a Return: To start a return, please contact us at TBCInquiresproton.me@proton.me or through our Return Request Form. Make sure to include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Ship The Item Back: Once your return request is approved, please package the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.

  3. Return Processing: We recommend that you keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return is processed.

RETURN COSTS

Customer Pays Return Shipping: Unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error in fulfilling your order, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item without tracking.

EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, simply contact us at TBCInquiresproton.me@proton.me, and we’ll help you with the process! If the replacement item costs more than the original, we’ll send you an invoice for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll issue a refund for the difference. Please note, exchanges are subject to stock availability.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 1-3 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference. Please include photos of the damage or defect when you contact us to expedite the process.
